Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Celltraffic Tree Service wants all people, including those with disabilities, to be able to use celltraffic.garden. This statement describes how we approach that. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
Our Goal
We want this site to work for as many people as we can. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a common standard for accessible websites.
Steps We Take
To help with access, we try to:
- Use clear headings and a sensible page order
- Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Let people use the whole site with a keyboard alone
- Build pages that work on phones, tablets and computers
- Use plain, simple wording
- Label every form field clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Third-party content, such as embedded tools, may be outside our control. We check the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of the site is hard to use, help is still available. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@celltraffic.garden and we will do our part to assist.
Tell Us What You Found
We welcome feedback on how accessible this site is. Email contact@celltraffic.garden and include:
- The page or feature that gave you trouble
- What happened and what you expected
- The browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you know
We read each message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Work That Keeps Going
Accessibility is never finished. As we update the site, we keep it in mind and keep making it better.
